Evolution Website Design & Development
After launching and developing their brand, Evolution came back to us to develop their website. Evolution needed us to create a custom designed website that would represent the fact that they are the contractor for people who don’t trust contractors.
The opportunity
Evolution are a business who buck the trend of what you might expect from a constructor. So it was important for us to create a website that reflected their ambitions. Instead of typical imagery of people doing construction, we started by looking for dynamic ways to use the visuals from their brand. We came up with a site that features subtle animations and transitions between each page to make the experience of browsing the content completely seamless.
The difference
The thing that makes Evolution different is the people behind it. That’s why their website opens with a homepage designed to show off their brand and the people behind it, rather than just construction sites and people at work. Throughout the site, oversized crops of the visual brand bring colour and energy to the design.
Slick as you like
The modern design focuses on giving value to the reader and encourages them to explore to deepen their understanding of the brand and what it can do for them. The content revolves around the different areas of focus that a reader might have. We covered the core services that the brand offers, along with examples of key projects and also information about their community work.
The nuts & bolts
Behind the scenes, the site is completely bespoke, customised system built with our CMS. This allows the Evolution team complete control of the site, and the develop and modify the content over time with minimal upheaval for the team. For a brand that get's the job done, it was nice to do a job for them with their brand new website.
