After a frosty initial reception to their employee benefit scheme, BAE Systems came to us to warm things up a bit.
The goal? To increase traffic to an online web portal and encourage sign ups. After a bit of a think about the format, we found an idea that sold employees on the benefits of the scheme and made sign up a lot easier. We also did some Olympics-grade postal gymnastics to get round Royal Mail’s tight mail guidelines, with a Maltese cross layout.
Once we’d sorted all that, we printed and personalised 34,000 mailers. The mailers were sent around the world along with posters and e-cards to stretch the campaign into multiple media. The result? A lot more signups and a much happier client.
