BAE Systems Employee Benefits Campaign
After a frosty initial reception to their employee benefit scheme, BAE Systems came to us to warm things up a bit.
The goal? To increase traffic to an online web portal and encourage sign ups. After a bit of a think about the format, we found an idea that sold employees on the benefits of the scheme and made sign up a lot easier. We also did some Olympics-grade postal gymnastics to get round Royal Mail’s tight mail guidelines.
Once we’d sorted all that, we printed and personalised 34,000 mailers. The mailers were sent around the world along with posters and e-cards to stretch the campaign into multiple media. The result? A lot more signups and a much happier client.
